How it Works

Our Leagues are run over a three month period as a festival and are made up of two tournaments held once a month. Each tournament is comprised of four or five or six teams which play each other once in 10 or 15 minute matches in each tournament. Points are awarded for each match in traditional fashion with 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a loss. The points are then added from both tournaments to determine the positions. The teams then progress to a finals day in the last month where the first and second positioned teams play for trophy, and the third and fourth positioned teams play for shield, 5th and 6th for plate.

Teams are all ceded at the start of the Cup according to ability which means that any team can win a league. The league provide facilities, referees and fixtures, simply turn up on the day to play your games! 


Futsal is a 5-aside game(4 outfield and 1 goalkeeper) with rolling subs which can come on and off the field as often as they like. Teams are usually made of 6 or 7 players but coaches can bring new players to each tournaments as we know coaches can struggle with player availability on a week by week basis.

 
We run all Cups in two year age bands which is dependent on which age groups enter the tournament, but where possible we try keep teams in the same age groups were enough teams of similar ability enter the Cup. We cater for players of all ability from division 5 to division 1 and from U8 to U16. Wherever we have 5 teams of the same ability, in a two year age band, we can create a Cup.
